Core Values

The foundation of all A-Z Bus Sales values is that we desire by God’s grace to be a company that honors Him, and which follows the Great Commandment as recorded in Matthew 22:36-40.

Built upon this foundation are the following values:

1. We go the extra mile to take care of our customers. Wherever we have contact with customers, we seek to meet their needs and expectations and see that they get excellent value.
2. All with whom we have contact can always count on us to tell the truth. We display honesty and integrity in every situation.
3. We treat everyone with dignity and respect-customers, vendors, suppliers, the public, one another, and all others with whom we have contact.
4. We trust and respect one another. While each of us as employees have our own important areas of responsibility, we work with each other as a team in meeting the needs and expectations of our customers. Furthermore, we consider all of our fellow employees as people who play important roles.
5. We get the details right. Whether it is properly preparing an unseen part on a bus, completing a financial report, or keeping our facilities maintained, our work is done properly, accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
6. We have a caring environment, which contributes to the growth and welfare of our employees spiritually, personally, physically, emotionally, intellectually, financially, and professionally. We are a “ people builder” organization, not a people user organization.
